I'm a Software Engineer working on cybersecurity products at Broadcom — a lineage that traces back to Carbon Black, a startup later acquired by VMware, which was in turn acquired by Broadcom. I'm most interested in performance engineering, and day to day that means a lot of troubleshooting code both functionally and non-functionally to keep it fast and correct under load.
I live in Massachusetts, and outside of work I'm kept busy by my wife and our twins. I prefer the CLI to a GUI whenever I have the choice, which probably shows in how this site is built.
